United Nations Trip
Pepperdine University Social Impact Grad Students' Trip to the UN NY
The Social Impact Firm led a transformative trip to the United Nations in New York for graduate students of the Pepperdine University Master's in Social Entrepreneurship and Change program. This immersive experience allowed students with
global exposure through initiatives in various countries to engage directly with UN ambassadors and leaders on critical social issues. The trip provided a unique opportunity for students to network with influential figures, gain insights into sustainable development and human rights, and explore the role of social entrepreneurship in driving global change. The Social Impact Firm is proud to partner with Latinas in Beauty to manage this impactful nonprofit organization's successful startup and growth. Our team oversees startup management, ensuring a solid foundation for long-term sustainability by handling operations, partnerships, and board development. As part of our nonprofit management services, we assist Latinas in Beauty in navigating the complexities of launching a mission-driven organization, building their strategic plan, and positioning them for success within the beauty industry.

We also lead the event production for the highly anticipated launch, curating a modern, beautiful experience that introduces Latinas in Beauty to industry influencers, high-profile guests, and key stakeholders. Our involvement in the program development includes supporting the creation and management of the Latinas in Beauty Accelerator Certificate Program, designed to empower Latina beauty entrepreneurs and professionals. The program provides business education, personalized mentorship, and scholarships, offering Latinas the tools to elevate their careers and secure a seat at the table in the beauty industry.

Event Production
The Social Impact Firm produced each aspect of the Collective, from the location, partnerships, speakers, and outreach. We were elated to have members of the social impact community come together to discuss cross-sector collaboration. 100% of the attendees surveyed said they would attend next year and they would recommend the event to others.

School District Liason
The Social Impact Firm partners with Kind Campaign to enhance school district outreach to connect educators, counselors, and administrators with the Kind Campaign’s documentary assembly and Kind Campaign curriculum. We develop strategic outreach plans to meaningfully connect with educators, addressing key challenges such as bullying prevention and student well-being. By tailoring communication to resonate with specific districts, we ensure a personalized experience that aligns with their needs. District Wide Sustainability Plan
Our team worked with the District to assess their current sustainability efforts at each elementary, middle, and high school campus. From food services to student life. We met with the school board, local sustainability experts, teachers, and parents to create an analysis of the culture. We then wrote and proposed a plan to the District and School Board that they plan to implement.
